Welcome to the Blacksmith's Arms, Lastingham.

Welcome to The Blacksmith's Arms website. Our friendly team of staff. Our warm and welcoming bar. The Anvil The main restaurant. Our garden room suitable for up to 4 people.

Set in an idyllic location opposite St. Mary's Church which is renowned for it's Saxon cript attracting thousands of visitors each year. The pub is in the National Park area dating back to the 17th century retaining many original features including exposed beams and an open fire place creating warm atmosphere to locals and visitors alike.

Head Chef Sally Featherstone & her team, pride themselves in producing quality home-made dishes using the finest ingredients supporting local farmers and producers. Our signature steak and ale and lamb and mint pies come highly recommended, using local lamb and beef combined with our home-made shortcrust pastry in 'proper Yorkshire portions'! We also offer an extensive lunch and evening menu and a 'Specials Board' which changes daily, and to round it off, choose one of our home-made desserts.

The Blacksmith's Arms is surrounded by places to visit; Castle Howard, Flamingo Land, Rievaulx Abbey & Whitby to name a few, making your stay or visit to Lastingham a memorable one.
